With backgrounds in medicine, counseling, mediation and patient advocacy and as friends and co-workers for many years, we offer a warm, caring, personal touch in a field that is often impersonal. We share a strong commitment to personal growth and to focusing on life with unlimited possibilities.
Our connection and commitment to living Life to its fullest has led us to share more fully with those with whom we meet along life's pathways. We as your Wellness and Life Coaches will work along with you to identify and achieve your personal goals and wellness of mind, body and spirit.
We believe that it is important to muturally identify what you, the client needs and expects in terms of communication and access. This will assist us in developing a good working relationship and one that will assist you in clarifying and achieving your goals. We believe it is very important to communicate clearly and regularly based on the plan of action we jointly develop.
