Web Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us only via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect may be used for internal review and to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

We know that your time is precious and spam is not appreciated, therefore, if you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing.

As Professionals in the fields of Wellness, Counseling and Coaching, confidentiality is the bedrock of our practice with our clients. We view all personal information shared with us as a very sacred trust. Our pledge to our clients is:

We will never reveal, sell, rent, share or trade any personal data and will safeguard your   privacy at all levels unless as required by law 

Wellness Privacy Practices

Any client information is only used and disclosed according to Privacy Regulations created as a result of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPPA).

We are dedicated to maintaining the privacy of your wellness information and are required by law to maintain the confidentiality of that information.  By law the following rules apply:

Use and disclosure of your wellness information in certain circumstances: 

  • To public health authorities and health oversight agencies that are authorized by law to collect information
  • Lawsuits and similar proceedings in response to a court or administrative order
  • If required to do so by a law enforcement official
  • When necessary to reduce or prevent a serious threat to your health and safety or the health and safety of another individual or the public.  We will only make disclosure to a person or organization able to help prevent the threat.
  • If you are a member of U.S. or foreign military forces (including veterans) and if required by the appropriate authorities.
  • To federal officials for intelligence and national security activities authorized by law
  • To correctional institutions of law enforcement officials if you are an inmate or under the custody of a law enforcement official
  • For workers compensation and similar programs
Your rights regarding your wellness information
  • You can request that we communicate with you about your wellness issues in a particular manner.  For instance, you may ask that we contact you only by the means and to the location you request.
  • As previously stated, we do not share any client information with outside sources unless you agree and wish to share this information with others.  This may include Health Care Providers, family or others but we will not do so without signed request from the client.  In certain circumstances as required by law or health ethics, it may be necessary to release client information if the client may require treatment or presents harm to themselves or others.
  • You have the right to inspect and obtain a copy of the information that may be used to make decisions about consultations.  You must submit a written request for such information.
  • You may ask us to amend your information if you believe it is incorrect or incomplete, as long as the information is kept by or for our service.  To request an amendment, your request must be made in writing and include a reason that supports the request for amendment.
  • You have a right to a copy of this Notice of Privacy Practices.
  • You have a right to file a complaint.  If you believe that your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with us or the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services.  All complaints must be submitted in writing.  You will not be penalized for filing a complaint.
  • You must give written authorization for uses and disclosures of your information that are not identified by this notice or permitted by applicable law.

Our services are intended to provide information, consultation and guidance in the conduct of our business with our clients and to assist in reviewing/coordinating information on their behalf. Although many of our techniques and much of our information blends traditional and alternative methods, it is not intended to provide diagnoses or treatment without input and advice from the client's own Physician.

Terms of Web Use Statement

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
